With the natural beauty of the Onkaparinga Gorge just minutes away, and many cellar doors and restaurants to explore, there are plenty of delights to indulge in, and memories to create.

The stone cottage is simply decorated with polished jarrah floors, warm-hued Baltic pine furniture and pretty floral textiles. A warming open fireplace adds to the cozy charm. There are 2 bedrooms, a complete kitchen and an authentic heritage bathroom with a claw-foot bath. An outdoor entertaining area with BBQ has calming views to an established garden and beyond to grazing sheep and alpacas - this cottage is so sweet.

Absolutely wonderful...The location and the views are to die for. It's probably the best value for money place I have stayed at in the region and I have stayed a quite a few... Highly recommend to anyone. Breakfast left for us was awesome and way more than we needed.

The setting being a little out of busy Mclaren Vale was wonderful as it gave us a chance to unwind and enjoy the country experience, before heading off the next day to the wineries. The cottage had everything we needed and more, and was very comfortable.

Lovely stay. Great location for getting around the countryside, wineries & villages. Rob and Joylene were wonderful hosts - as well as the blue finch and his family - who considered our needs.
