A separate Chef's Kitchen and Spa Pavilion are available to book in addition to your villa, subject to availability. Book one villa for a couple or book all three for a group of six. A few minutes away is Ironhouse Point Resort with a superb restaurant, own brewery and vineyard. Visit nearby villages, Binalong Bay and the spectacular Bay of Fires with its stunningly bright lichen covered rocks. Take a balloon flight over lavender fields or drive to beautiful Launceston with it's amazing Cataract Gorge and gorgeous lyrebirds. Kit up and hike through some amazing reserves, see the White Knights of the Fingal Forest - the tallest white gums in the world, or discover the spectacular 80 metre drop of the Mathinna Falls. There's no end of beautiful places to explore and wonderful experiences to have in this region.

The villas each have kitchenette facilities including, dishwasher, microwave, small under-bench fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee making facilities, and utensils to match. A large luxury free standing bath is perfect for a long soak. There is a Weber BabyQ outside each villa. Flexible booking arrangments exist so guests can tailor their bookings according to their needs, with a separate Chef's Kitchen, Dining Room and Spa Pavilion that are all available to book.

We stayed at Saltwater Sunrise during the Easter Break and loved every minute of it! The villa is beautiful and overlooks the ocean which means you can see the sunrise and sunset right from your bed! The location and scenery is just spectacular and makes a good base for exploring the Bay of Fires, St Helens and other surrounding areas. Kerri is a wonderful host and made our stay very pleasant and comfortable, not to mention the delicious gourmet breakfasts she prepared for us every morning! The value you get for your money is amazing, I would highly recommend this place for an unforgettable holiday

Life time memory maker! The setting, architecture, decor and landscaping transported us directly to Greece. Sitting in our villa was like sitting right IN the seascape. How could we ever forget watching whales frolic so close to us that we could see them with the naked eye? All whilst chatting with the hostess as she prepared a sensational dinner featuring fresh, boutique style Tasmanian fare. UNFORGETTABLE! Thank you Kerri.
