Redwing B&B is an historical stone workers' cottage circa 1860, a gorgeous nest just for two. Antique furniture and baltic pine floorboards add to the charm of the cottage, and with a cosy open fireplace, it's a perfect little hideaway for romantics. A well established rose garden at the front of the cottage is complete with arch and climbing roses over the veranda plus a charming side garden overlooking the paddocks. Nearby is the Redwing Barn, a fully renovated rustic barn with spacious living area, the warm tones of timber floorboards throughout, and all the modern features required for a comfortable stay. Ideal for one to two couples, Redwing Barn is beautifully styled, incorporating original features into the design layout. Outside there are many farm animals to see and interact with, and the rural scenery with all the wonderful sounds of the country is simply delightful.
Special Occasions and Boutique Weddings
Redwing is a popular for celebrating special events and boutique weddings. The manicured gardens of the Redwing Homestead are perfect for a garden party and combined with the selection of deluxe accommodation it's ideal for a very memorable wedding celebration.
Located just 10 minutes from Moonta on the coast, guests are spoilt for choice with a range of eateries, grocery shopping and some unique homewares and fashion stores. The Yorke Peninsula has many pristine white, sandy beaches and there are several world class surfing beaches and sheltered coves. From Redwing it is only a 15 minute drive to Moonta Bay, Pt Hughes, Simms Cove, The Gap and Balgowan.

Visitors are supplied with a beautiful array of cooked and continental breakfast supplies, including fresh farm eggs from just across the paddock, tasty bacon, Berenberg breakfast spreads, fruit, juice, milk, cereal, coffee & hot chocolate pods. And for the evening - port and complimentary chocolates sourced from a local supplier are provided for all guests.
Redwing B&B
A couples retreat, the Redwing B&B sleeps two people and includes a queen size bed, two person spa, flat screen television, open fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning & BBQ facilities. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stocked pantry and espresso coffee machine.
Redwing Barn
Perfect for one or two couples, the Redwing Barn features two bedrooms, deluxe bathroom with double spa, a spacious lounge/kitchen including espresso coffee machine and dining area, with original polished floorboards throughout. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has twin singles which can easily be converted to a king bed to accommodate two couples staying together. Laundry facilities are provided. There is a deck area for outside dining complete with BBQ and lawned area - a perfect place to spend some time watching the animals frolic in the adjacent paddocks.

We stayed at Redwing Bed and Breakfast for our anniversary. If you like rustic with a touch of luxury you will love it.. It was peaceful, private and the animals were amusing! We loved it and it was a great base for visiting the rest of the peninsula. Making a booking is easy and Nicola was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a couple. There is a converted dairy for families.

Wow! When I first saw Redwing on the internet I just knew we had to stay here. It looks amazing in pictures but even better in real life. What you've done to convert the barn is a real credit to you. The scenery is breathtaking and I want to go back to being a country girl. We loved our stay and the animals are adorable. We'll definitely be back.
