This was the best place we stayed during our touring holiday in Tasmania. The house is so comfortable and the atmosphere so relaxing that we didn't feel like going out to do our planned tourist activites. We loved the extra little touches, eg being able to use fruit and vegetables from the garden, and the provision of jams and chocolates, as well as the basic pantry needs. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful. We hope to return.

This house, one of five we stayed at, was exceptional. From the warm friendly welcome to the delightful setting with comfortable beds, thick fluffy towels, a well equipped kitchen with spotless appliances, this place was perfect. An octagonal pavilion to sit in to looking out over gardens and orchard with green fields in the background was made even more picturesque by the very friendly dog and the beautiful silky hens that wandered around just asking to be painted. Melissa was the perfect host sharing her local knowledge and even bringing us fresh eggs to make a delicious breakfast.
