The house is next to a beautiful golf course, and just a 10 minute drive east to the heart of the town of Margaret River, with its cosmopolitan cafe strip, shopping precincts and entertainment.

The three bedrooms of the Summer House all contain queen size beds, so it's great for one to three couples. The upstairs bedroom and study opens onto an expansive limestone rooftop deck, which commands sweeping views of the Margaret River north ridge. A large, fully appointed and provisioned kitchen overlooks the open plan dining area, sunken lounge and al fresco terraces. There is also a top of the range gas barbecue and beautiful teak setting for outdoor entertaining on the north facing terrace.

The perfect Margaret River escape! Our stay at The Summer House was great. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen, a beautiful open fireplace, and all the other amenities that one would expect from a five star hotel. There are some nice extras like books to read, DVDs to watch, and even a tennis court! Would definitely recommend this residence for a luxurious stay down south.

The Summer House is just the kind of place you want to arrive after a long drive. You'll pinch yourself! It's got wow factor. The location has the best of all worlds - close to town, close to the beach, set on an acreage in the bush. Waking up surrounded by trees and views of the bush was amazing. We stayed at the Summer House for a weekend for a wedding in Margaret River. There were three couples and we all had plenty of space to relax. The fireplace in the sunken lounge is superb. The unique architecture of the home spoils you. We didn't want to leave! The customer service was great, from time of booking to arrival to departure. This personal touch made all the difference. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back soon.
