The Peninsula occupies some 250 acres on Esperance Point, locally known as 'Blubber Head' including a 50 acre Crown Reserve at the head of the peninsula. The property commands 360 degree views encompassing sweeping water vistas across the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, to the Huon River and Bruny Island to the East, and across the beautiful Port Esperance Bay to the snow capped mountains of the Hartz range and the South West Wilderness reserve.

The Peninsula offers a beautiful mix of worlds...this stunning turn of the century farmhouse is situated to take full advantage of expansive water views from every aspect. Fully renovated, it accommodates up to six adults (no children), with three luxurious bedrooms, two bathrooms and tasteful, contemporary decor, DVD player, large LCD screen TV, iPod/CD player.
The huge lounge and dining areas provide the perfect spot for entertaining, with an expansive timber deck, ideal for alfresco dining or just enjoying the views. Relax in the heated outdoor jacuzzi. Each bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed with quality linen and modern decor.

Amazing doesn't even describe it! Our experience at this amazing place was extraordinary! Peace & quiet, amazing bush life and the best hot tub ever situated on the very private deck!!! If you want to visit a place to get away from it all with a touch of romance this is the place for you!!

A truly relaxing experience - The perfect get away: secluded, romantic, clean and fresh. We could not fault anything. We would recommend a visit to the fishing village. The best oysters every day and so very fresh.
Melbourne
We spent 5 nights at The Peninsula, going through the King Kong red gate was the first experience and the drive up to the house was amazing and then we saw the view. We went to Tasmania for 20 nights and stayed at 4 lodges on each of the coasts and this was by far all of our favourite. The house, the view, the hot tub, the masses of wildlife that came to say hello every evening and the peace and solitude all were amazing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and would certainly go back given the opportunity. We had hot days and cold nights so sleeping was a dream and glass of wine with our music on after dinner that we cooked, by the wood fire were all just perfect!
